Service Description

The first part, "Flow", consists of a Vinyasa yoga class, where we will be starting with some breathwork to alkalinize the body, followed by a flow through a sequence of dynamic movements synchronized with the breath and ending in a guided Savasana for deep relaxation. During the second part, "Grow", we will be mindfully cooling down while discussing a certain topic carefully chosen for the day. Topics can include but are not limited to everyday factors that influence our lives, from what inspires us to what connects us with our true selves. All done, of course, while sipping on a refreshing drink and revitalizing our body after the class (more info below). The idea of this part of the event is to create a community of like-minded people and a safe space to share our thoughts and ideas openly, to ignite conversations about what we believe in, what gets us out of bed in the morning.* https://www.balanceinbloom.love/schedule
